Halloween look #7 is based on Margo Robbie’s portrayal of Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad. Thanks to the wonderful gifts gathered from several designers we were able to capture the essence of the character.
The smudged Harley Quinn makeup is a freebie from LV Designs. It’s an applier only set. Though it was created for the Bimbo mesh head, it’s an Omega applier and worked perfectly on our model’s non-Bimbo head. To capture Harley’s smile we did make two mods to our mouth shape. First, we widened the mouth width, and then we increased the corners upward slant.
No Cabide’s Harley Quinn Set is a complete outfit-in-a-box. The top, shorts, and garters are sized for Maitreya, Slink, and Belleza mesh bodies. Appliers for the socks are also included. The collar and shoes are unrigged/resizable.
The body tattoo is a marketplace find from Isuka Tattoos. This gift comes with both tattoo layers and mesh body appliers.
Completing the look are two great items from Blackburns marketplace store: Spiked bracelets, and the bat. The bat is unscripted and can be worn on either the right hand or back. It comes with a Crazy HUD that includes dances and swings. This is really a fun gift. Thanks Blackburns!

Fingernails are always a bit of a problem for classic avatars. Before the introduction of mesh avatars several of our models parted with large wads of lindens is search of the perfect manicure.
Thanks to the marketplace store Vika Design our readers don’t have to follow in our linden bleeding footsteps. These flashy nails are not only free, but also copy/mod. Once you file away an original copy for safe keeping you’re free to recolor and re-texture to your hearts content.

I'm So Scared
I love Halloween in Second Life! So many spooky sims, so many cool Hunts, so many awesome prizes, it makes me dizzy just thinking about it. Imagine Scrat from Ice Age morphed into a freebie obsessed avatar, that is the kind of frenzied mindset this ghoulish bounty creates.
Hunts, oh how I love to hate them. Who doesn’t love finding a hidden object? The operative word here is FINDING. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen a “gotta have it or I’m gonna die” hunt item blogged, and found myself at the sim utterly frustrated finding every hidden object except the one I went there for. Such is the nature of hunting.
Have no fear dear readers both hunt items in this post are quite easy to find. You’ll leave the hunting grounds lighthearted sporting a ghoulish grin. So let’s take a closer look at what Iona is wearing.
The Skyler Hoodie from Ollies Follies along with lots of other goodies can be found at the Timeless Textures Halloween Event. This event is definitely worth a flyby.
The Half’N’Half sweats can be found at the Etchaflesh Halloween Hunt. This is a storewide hunt using a fill card format. Simply pick up & wear the free hunt hud. Find the 12 hunt objects to fill the hud. Then toddle over to the prize kiosk in front of Etchaflesh and select your prize. You can go back once a day to repeat and redeem through October 31st.
