I, Zombie

Thanks to a couple of great freebies, one each from Bossie and GothiCatz, we’ve assembled a chilling zombie look for you. WARNING: Not safe to wear this look around avatars named Rick Grimes, Daryl, or Michonne!

Bossie’s October group gift is this lovely decaying skin and eye applier set. The appliers support Catwa, and Omega compatible mesh heads & bodies. Included in the set is a gory, rotting, maggot infested mesh eye that any avatar can wear. The creepy eye is definitely worth adding to your Halloween makeover tool chest.
Classic avatars don’t despair. Though you can’t wear the Bossie appliers, you can still use the creepy mesh eye. And, we looked though the marketplace and put together several tattoo layers to help create your own zombie skin, plus we found a dead eyes freebie. You can see the classic look under the shoe picture.

The bloody dress is from GothiCatz. It is sized to fit mesh and classic avatars, so everyone can commune with their inner zombie properly attired. Best of all, it’s free for all visitors to the store, no group join required.

Here’s our classic avatar version of today’s outfit. The key to getting looks like this from free makeup finds is layering the tattoos. Apparition gives a fantastic set of skin tint tattoos in their marketplace store. The tints come in 4 strengths: 10%, 25%, 50%, and 75%. You choose the tint shades and and layer over your own skin. Or, you can wear the Zara skin gift from Corvus as your base to get the same look as our model.

Team All Spiffed Up thought you might appreciate a matching face mask to minimize the chance of ingesting contaminated bodily fluids during a frenzied bout of slice and dice. Simply drop by the ASU headquarters to pick up your gift.

We popped by the Ajuda Brasil Voluntarios sim to see if any new items had been put out. Boy are we glad we did. We found this fabulous jeans/boots combo item in the Lavinia outfit by Anastyle. Lavinia is sized for Maitreya, Belleza, and Slink mesh bodies.

Today’s last stop is Born To Die for these nice mesh eyes. They come boxed with mesh plus system eyes, and an options HUD that controls size and brightness. These eyes are only one gift of several, so join the free group and reap the rewards.

At this time of the year there is absolutely no point in trying to escape the gravitational pull of the pumpkin. Team All Spiffed Up has assembled an outfit that allows both classic and mesh avatars to embrace their inner pumpkin.
Let’s start today’s journey into the great orange unknown by teleporting to {amiable}. If you have not been to {amiable} before, you’re in for a treat. This store’s group is free to join, and offers a bunch of past gifts.

Our model picked today’s ensemble right off the group gift shelves. The dress is sized for Maitreya, Slink, Belleza, TMP and also includes an alpha for classic avatars. This scarf is one of several to choose from. It comes with a color HUD, but is also copy/mod so if the 5 shades on the HUD are not enough you can always go into edit mode and choose your own color.

This fun hairstyle is a group gift at COCO Designs.

These heels are an older style designed for classic avatars, but are also easily worn by mesh avatars by simply hiding the feet and wearing the heels. They are packaged with a color HUD, and are also copy/mod which allows for even more color changes in edit mode.

Witchy Woman

Never underestimate a wand wielding witch in the woods. Especially one with a sorcerer’s wand loaded with spells from The Arcanum Magic Shop. Not only is this wand free, it’s just plain fun to zap people with. You can get your very own from The Arcanum Magic Shop’s marketplace store.

One of our models wandered into {Chaotic} and found this flirty mini dress set that included the sock/pump shoes and a collar. The dress is sized for Maitreya, Belleza, and Slink mesh bodies. The shoes however are sized for the above plus TMP and Tonic bodies. Though these shoes are boxed without an alpha, classic avatars can easily wear by borrowing a thigh boot alpha from a pair of boots in their inventory.
If this is your first visit to {Chaotic} you’re in for a treat. There are a load of gifts, some are free for all visitors, some are free for members of shopping groups, and then there are the gifts for members of the {Chaotic} group which is free to join.

Today’s witch hat is part of a wonderful pose gift from AlmitA. The necklaces and earrings are fun marketplace finds.
Izzie’s Halloween lipstick gift wears so well, our model didn’t even need to touch up between photo shoots!
If you think this hairstyle looks familiar, it is. We modeled it in Georgia On My Mind and The Witch. This is a variation of the Peach hair from Olive. The Peach fatpack is currently in Olive’s Midnight Mania rotation. The colors and streak options are simply fantastic. We could easily model this everyday for over a month and never repeat the exact color combination.

It’s not a Halloween costume roundup without a few witch ensembles thrown into the mix. Remove the hat and broom from the this outfit, and you’re left with a great look to hit the goth clubs in tonight.

There’s just something about a rich black brocade that sparks dark fantasies. This lovely dress is a gift from WellMade. It is sized for Belleza, Maitreya, Slink, TMP, and Tonic mesh bodies along with 3 fitmesh sizes plus an alpha for classic avatars.
Team ASU liked the dress so much, they were inspired to make a brocade hat to complete the look. Simply stop by the All Spiffed Up headquarters to pick up your gift.
This deliciously dark lipstick is a great set currently available at Izzie’s. The set includes 3 black shades (glossy, matte, and runny), and alpha layers plus appliers for LAQ/Omega, Catwa, and Lelutka. Best of all, it’s a free gift for everyone visiting the store!

We pinched these heels from the Alaya gift at Hilly Haalan. They are sized for Maitreya, Slink, and Belleza mesh feet.
Our final item today is a fun pair of socks we found it the marketplace from KA Piercings. The punk socks snake grey have two looks, one long and the other short, and are packaged with tattoo layers and mesh appliers.

Halloween look #7 is based on Margo Robbie’s portrayal of Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad. Thanks to the wonderful gifts gathered from several designers we were able to capture the essence of the character.
The smudged Harley Quinn makeup is a freebie from LV Designs. It’s an applier only set. Though it was created for the Bimbo mesh head, it’s an Omega applier and worked perfectly on our model’s non-Bimbo head. To capture Harley’s smile we did make two mods to our mouth shape. First, we widened the mouth width, and then we increased the corners upward slant.

No Cabide’s Harley Quinn Set is a complete outfit-in-a-box. The top, shorts, and garters are sized for Maitreya, Slink, and Belleza mesh bodies. Appliers for the socks are also included. The collar and shoes are unrigged/resizable.

The body tattoo is a marketplace find from Isuka Tattoos. This gift comes with both tattoo layers and mesh body appliers.

Completing the look are two great items from Blackburns marketplace store: Spiked bracelets, and the bat. The bat is unscripted and can be worn on either the right hand or back. It comes with a Crazy HUD that includes dances and swings. This is really a fun gift. Thanks Blackburns!
