Is that a pink pineapple? Why, yes it is! I have to admit, I had absolutely no idea this seemingly mythical fruit even existed. At least, not until I opened K&S’s Rare Fruit Pose Fair gift. The colorful pineapple props peaked my interest immediately sending me on a fact finding mission. Pink pineapples do exist. And, though there may not be one in your local market, thanks to K&S you can now have your very own to pose with in Second Life.

Of course, K&S isn’t the only vendor giving gifts at the fair. It happens to be Pose Fair’s 10th Anniversary, so the gifts are plentiful. Simply join the free event group to collect all of the unique gifts. You won’t be disappointed!

Today’s outfit features several items from stores that normally have group join fees. However, for a limited time both Legendaire and Carol G (main store). have set their join fee to zero Lindens (free). Best of all, both stores also leave out past gifts.

The lovely sunset toned braids are Wasabi’s current SLF&O gift. Finish off the look with a charming citrus handbag from Micamee, and whimsical sunglasses from Pure Poison.

I love it when an advent calendar stays active through the season, allowing for past gift pickup. So, put on your comfy shoes and grab a trolley, we’ve got serious collecting to do.

Happy October! Let’s start off the month with a costume guaranteed to please Who Framed Roger Rabbit fans. Thanks to COCO DESIGNS, we can all have our very own Jessica Rabbit experience. The luscious red sequined gown and purple suede gloves are COCO DESIGNS’ latest group gifts.

Add a nice pair of heels from Hilly Haalan’s group gift area to complete the outfit.

Next, we’ll need some dramatic eyeshadow, and glossy lipstick. Zibska’s marketplace eyeshadow gift is absolutely gorgeous, can be worn by both mesh and classic avatars, and is free.

Today Team All Spiffed Up finally gets the opportunity to welcome the ever gorgeous Lady Mystic into our model pool! Freebies and Mystic don’t normally mix, but thanks to Blueberry’s fantastic new group gift, we caught her out.
The top-tied Mimi dress is sized for Maitreya, Slink, and Belleza mesh bodies and is packaged with the full fatpack HUD. That’s 70 different looks with the option of a built in panty.

Blueberry always adds such wonderful touches to their garments. Look at that fold detailing!

Since our blogs are all about the freebies, we were able to talk Mystic into popping over to to Livia, joining their free group, and patiently modeling two of their wonderful gifts.
The Gianna lipstick gift is for mesh heads only with appliers for Lelutka, Vista, and Omega systems.

Apologies dear readers, we experienced a little darkroom mishap in the main Gianna picture accidentally doubling one of the shades and omitting the luscious cherry red hue above.
***YIKES – while working in the darkroom for the next blog entry (Summer Nights) it was obvious that the last lipstick in the composite picture did not belong to the Gianna lipstick pack. That lovely tomato red is actually part of Livia’s Just Reds set.

Who doesn’t love a cruelty free cheetah print? The Cheetah Girl mani/pedi applier set is yet another terrific gift at Livia. Appliers included are for: Maitreya, Slink, Vista, Tuty, and Omega systems.
It would be remiss not to mention the bento ring set that is quietly stealing the scene from our manicure. Yes it was free, but “was” is the operative word. Not long ago eBento celebrated its birthday with a phenomenal gift rich round. So many designers giving gifts galore, OMG – note to self: never miss an eBento anniversary round! Meva was in attendance, their gift (Heidi Bento Rings Gold set) was one of the round’s best.
Though the Heidi Set is no longer free it is still available at Meva for a modest sum. So, for those of you who can’t live without making this set your own, here is your taxi: MEVA.
